TONI R. ISREAL was introduced to theatre at a young age by her mother. Prior to joining WICG in 2010, Toni worked in the financial arena as an Accounting Specialist. She developed her marketing skills while working with some awesome mentors at Passage Theatre in Trenton, NJ and McCarter Theatre in Princeton NJ. She is a proud member of CTI – Commercial Theatre Institute where she met Donna Walker-Kuhne. While working at WICG past projects include: Off-Broadway Through The Night; Broadway’s Time Stand Still, Baby It’s You, Stick Fly and A Streetcar Named Desire.
Richard E. Pelzer II, Associate Director of Community Engagement & Public Relations of Walker International Communications Group, Inc., (WICG) is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History and Business Management. Pelzer’s strong leadership skills and creative vision assist clients with national and international business opportunities, marketing and promotion in entertainment industries. Past clients have included: The NYSE Diversity Council, Second Stage Theater, The Apollo Theater and African American Women in Cinema Film Festival. He prides himself on the ability to cultivate creative partnerships and long lasting relationship to stay within budget in our current economic climate.
Cherine Anderson has been involved with the media and entertainment industry for over 15 years with a background in consumer and event marketing, as well as production management. Having held key positions with such companies as Push Creative, Apel Inc./Spero Media, MTV Networks/Nickelodeon and DC Comics, Ms. Anderson has extensive experience in building brand awareness, creating and implementing consumer promotions to drive revenue, developing marketing plans for brand positioning as well as strong partnership cultivation skills.
In addition to implementing successful promotions for the Broadway production The Color Purple, Ms. Anderson in conjunction with WICG has also marketed Broadway productions: Trip to Bountiful, Ann on Broadway, Streetcar Named Desire, Porgy and Bess, Stick Fly, Baby It’s You, Driving Miss Daisy, Time Stands Still, Ragtime and Off Broadway productions: SHIDA, Sista’s the Musical, Tripartite Time and Through the Night.
In 2009, because of her love for theater and the youth Ms. Anderson and business colleague Donna Walker Kuhne co-founded The Youth Impact Broadway Project, Inc. (Impact Broadway), through a grant from the Theatre Subdistrict Council. Impact Broadway is a multifaceted youth, audience development program focused on empowering multicultural students to become active participants in the theater community.
