Associate Director of Community Engagement & Public Relations of Walker International Communications Group, Inc., (WICG) is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History and Business Management. Pelzer’s strong leadership skills and creative vision assist clients with national and international business opportunities, marketing and promotion in entertainment industries. Past clients have included: The NYSE Diversity Council, Second Stage Theater, The Apollo Theater and African American Women in Cinema Film Festival. He prides himself on the ability to cultivate creative partnerships and long lasting relationship to stay within budget in our current economic climate.

Dr. Tobie Stein
Tobie Stein, a two-time Fulbright Specialist (Taiwan and Israel), is proud to be working with Donna Walker-Kuhne and her company Walker International Communications Group as a consultant and guest blogger on increasing access, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the cultural workforce.

Dr. Davis is Board certified in internal and integrative medicine. Her present focus is to incorporate her prior knowledge and experience as well as energy medicine to help people recognize their capacity for wellness.

Toni D. Hendrix

Ms. Hendrix’scareer spans more than 47 years in the business consulting, communications and performing arts industries. An early pioneer of CRM and customer centric marketing, sales and operations strategies, her work was acknowledged in Don Peppers and Dr. Martha Rogers groundbreaking book, “Enterprise One to One, tools for competing in the interactive age”.

Before turning her attention exclusively to her consulting practice Ms. Hendrix held numerous managerial positions with AT&T and NCR. Notable was her role as Operating Partner for the Professional Services Business Unit where in addition to building and managing the unit,she led the completion of dozens of complex business redesign engagements throughout the United States, Asia Pacific Region, New Zealand, several Caribbean Countries and London, England. Ms. Hendrix also served in numerous capacities for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center including being the first Chief Customer Officer where she was responsible for assisting in the creation and deployment of the institution’s customer loyalty strategy.

Ms. Hendrix has developed and delivered numerous seminars on the strategic use of Customer Relationship Management, Marketing &Community Engagement, as well as, Developing Effective Business Strategies.
